Auld Lang Syne: ( New Year's Table) Cheers to a Happy New Year 2013!!

An intimate New Year's Eve dinner by the fire 
with close friends is the perfect way to welcome 2013...
Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!


 
I opted out of using champagne glasses, and brought out these platinum rimmed beauties instead...  since the mouth is wider, we'll just fill them half way...


I layered my Pottery Barn Hemstitch linen napkins with this beautiful black and white French fabric, and tied the look together with my silver napkin rings for an elegant touch. 
















These yummy white merengues compliment the color palette of this table quite nicely...




The warm fire and candles bring a beautiful glow to the table making the need for additional lighting unnecessary...
